The Party Structures
The party structures consist of leadership from bottom to top and that is from village to the party National Executive Committee. The party shall have executive from the village, Sub County, District, Regional and National Executives.
VILLAGE EXECUTIVE
The basic grass root branch of the Justice Forum is the village branch of the party composed of all residents of a particular village.The Justice Forum village shall be the same as that ordinarily understood in the general National administrative set up of Uganda.All Members in a village will be members of the Village Conference for that village regardless of their number.The village Conference will popularly elect a village executive committee of 7 officials consisting of the Chair Person, Deputy Chair Person, General Secretary, Deputy Secretary and coordinator, the Secretaries for Finance, Women Affairs, Youth Affairs and Research and Security.
SUBCOUNTY EXECUTIVE
There shall be a Sub county Delegates Conference consisting of all the chairpersons of the villages in the sub county. In the event that all villages in a sub-county have not yet elected their chairs, all fully paid up members of Justice Forum in the sub-county can meet as a Sub County Delegate Conference.The Sub county Delegates Conference shall elect a Speaker, Deputy Speaker and a sub County Chair Person. The sub county chairperson shall nominate 6 members of the Sub County Executive Committee to be approved by the Sub County Delegates conference. The posts of the Sub County Executive Committee are similar to those of the Village level.
DISTRICT EXECUTIVE
There shall be a District Delegates Conference composed of all the chairpersons and speakers of the sub counties in the district.The District Delegates Conference shall elect a Speaker, Deputy Speaker and a District Chair Person. The District Chair Person shall nominate 6 members of the District Executive Committee to be approved by the District Delegates Conference. The posts of the District Executive Committee are similar to those of the Village level.
REGIONAL EXECUTIVE
The Regional Delegates Conference shall consist of all chairpersons and Speakers of a particular Regional Districts. The Regional Delegates Conference shall elect a Speaker, Deputy Speaker and Regional Chairperson. The Regional Chairperson shall nominate 6 members of the Regional Executive Committee to be approved by the Regional Delegates Conference and the posts of the Regional Executive Committee are similar to those of the Village Level.
NATIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
This will be elected by the party National Delegates Conference from the delegates drawn across all regions in Uganda. The National Executive Committee will be a policy formulation organ of the party which will be forwarded to the Policy Implementation Organs or other organs as need may be for implementation. The National Executive Committee will be the top most executive body that will consist of Cabinet and Elected leaders at all levels.
