National Leadership

NATIONAL LEADERSHIP

The leadership of JEEMA stretches from bottom to up. The office bearers at all levels have a defined procedure as provided by law of how they get to those offices. The JEEMA model of bottom to top prioritizes the people first policy of JEEMA that underprops the importance of lower cadres of the party. The lower levels of the party constitute part of the policy formulating organs that recommend policy proposals to the higher levels. This reflects the party’s readiness to formulate organs that are people centered and derived from the needs of the population. Its from the grass root structures that delegates that constitute the Delegates Conference which is the highest organ of the party are got from.
