The Jeema Ideology
JEEMA is a SOCIAL JUSTICE AND WELFARE PARTY. It is neither capitalist nor communist nor socialist and so neither typically aligned to any known traditional political ideology. JEEMA is a Natural Justice party. Its membership is open to all Ugandans who accept the JEEMA ideology and once they are registered as members, continuously study the ideology, expound on it and seek to simplify it for the wider public. Political power derives from careful preparation and training of party workers until a critical mass of effective leaders and conscientious members is attained.
JEEMA seeks to establish justice for all, free essential social services (like health and education) to all citizens, moral and ethical conduct in government and politics, free but regulated market to avoid unchecked capitalist exploitation and pursues a “people first” concept of development. All matters affecting the nation should be decided through grassroots consultation. JEEMA stands for full dignity and respect to women, religions, races and ethnicities among other social groupings people identify with. Total respect and dignity to all nations of the world with no nation superior to the other. JEEMA stands for unfettered regard for Human and other basic natural rights to man’s immediate neighbors like environment, animals among others.
